At Skin Logistics we want you to be delighted every time you purchase Platina products. We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange for:

  • Items Incorrectly purchased, if returned unopened and undamaged.
  • Damaged or faulty products.
  • Packing errors, if returned undamaged.

You have the right to return your items within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service, please contact: [email protected]

For your protection, we recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products, as we will not process any refunds until we receive the products. Please contact customer service if you would like to return an item.

We will refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

Other than damaged or faulty product, returns postage cost is covered by the customer and we reserve the right to charge you for any postage and packaging costs incurred by Skin Logistics.
